Deposit limitations - You may make an unlimited number of deposits into your account.

Additional Terms - The following additional terms apply to this account:

• No minimum balance to open or avoid fees
• Unlimited checkwriting
• Check Safekeeping required
• No per item fee
• Instant Cash/Debit Card is $15.00 annually

Your checks will not be returned in your statement. You may request up to 10 copies of checks per year with out charge. You will be charged $1.00 per check in excess of $10.

Please balance your account within 10 days of receiving your statement. If you have a problem balancing your account our bookkeeping department will be glad to assist you.

Please notify us immediately if any checks are lost or stolen.
The charge for a stop payment order is $10.00. Your stop payment is good for 6 months. Your stop payment request must be signed within 10 days from the date the request was made.

Deposits made after 3:00 p.m. will be credited to your account at the close of the next business day.
