PERSONAL ACCOUNT DISCLOSURE
Minimum Balance - $90 minimum balance to open and avoid fees. There is a $3 maintenance fee if balance falls below the $90 minimum anytime during the statement cycle. There is also a 15¢ charge for each debit if the balance falls below the minimum balance anytime during the statement cycle.
Deposit Limitations - You may make an unlimited number of deposits into your account.
Additional Terms - The following additional terms apply to this account:
- No minimum balance required for senior citizens (age 62)
- Unlimited checkwriting
- Instant Cash & Check Card available for $15.00 per year
- Check Safekeeping unless otherwise requested
Please balance your statement within 10 days of receiving it. In the event of an error bring it to our attention immediately by contacting our bookkeeping department.
You may request up to 10 copies of checks per year with out charge if you are a check safekeeping customer. Each additional copy in excess of 10 will be charged $1.00.
Please notify us if checks are lost or stolen. A stop payment order is $10.00. Your stop payment is good for 6 months and must be signed within 10 business days from the date the request was made.
Deposits after 3:00 p.m. will be credited to your account at the close of the next business day.
In the event your account becomes overdrawn, your checks may be returned depending on the amount of the overdraft and a fee will be charged to your account.
Frequent overdrafts will result in a checking account being closed.
